 COUNTDOWN 8 !! Â
Just 8 weeks until
we all meet for a fabulous weekend at Disney!
Remember all we've got planned to make this a great,
lifetime-memorable event for you and your family & friends. We have the 1st
registration booth, just outside the Expo,
with a Hospitality Suite
just steps away. And
all this is in the Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort where TEAM NACoA will be staying.
We'll celebrate our feat, along with NACoA's 20th Anniversary, with a bang! Our own rally & dinner Saturday night, a private Pre-Dawn Breakfast before heading to the marathon start line and a celebration reception & dinner Sunday afternoon to honor us – TEAM NACoA’s medalists!

Peaking
Just
as the autumn leaves' colors are peaking for many of us in the Four Seasons
areas of the country, you're peaking in your distance training in the next few
weeks. Then you'll taper before the
event. Keep the faith! Keep up the great work. In only 8 weeks you'll be crossing that finish line in
G-L-O-R-Y in your Run
for the ChildrenSM! Hats off to you, Teammates!

OUR
fundraising
Remember:
there are NO RULES in FUNDRAISING! Ask anyone, anytime, any place!
In
8 weeks you can get to a lot of donors.
And Thanksgiving
is a good time to remind people that others need their support. We're getting

CHEERLEADER CHAT
If
any of you have walked/run events with family and friends to cheer you,
you know that the hard work on the course is for the cheerleaders! For us walkers & runners, just wind us up
and point us in the right direction… all we do is keep on truckin'. Cheerleaders have to find their way around
the course, and be all things to their walker/runner as well as inspiration to
everyone who passes by. Whew. Hats
off to our Cheerleaders!
Right now we're thinking about how to get
the best from, and do the best for, our Cheerleading Team. We've got some good ideas crystallizing, and
we'll share them soon.
Lynne
Aldrich has volunteered to work with the NACoA office to make sure we're on
track with the Cheerleaders. If you have any thoughts, be sure to send
them our way.
