Conference Program Overview
Featured keynote speakers include two of the foremost experts on resilience and working with children of addicted parents - Frances L. Brisbane, Ph.D. and Jerry Moe, M.A. In addition, experts working with faith leaders, social workers and early childhood professionals are presenting at the panel discussion and the track sessions. The conference program includes:
- a keynote address by Frances L. Brisbane
- luncheon address by Jerry Moe
- a panel presentation with experts in urban ministry, social work and early childhood
- tracks for clergy, early childhood educators, social workers and other community leaders to learn about core competencies and how to implement them
- an interactive discussion session that will look at creating linkages to foster collaboration across systems to improve prevention and services for at risk children.
