	Title Reaching Our Youth, Connecting New Mexico. An Interactive Substance Abuse Prevention Teleconference. Tape 3 of 3 Accession Number: PMD09431 Abstract: On March 17 and 18, 1995, the Health Education Program at the University of New Mexico transmitted this 2-day interactive teleconference. The purpose of the conference was to focus experiences, information, and groups on the need for implementing prevention models that address the complexity of rural communities with culturally diverse populations.
