Abstract:Two of these black and white ad slicks contains the wording "Booze & Boats Don't Mix." One also contains a statement regarding the percentage of boating accidents resulting from alcohol impairment. The third ad contains the wording "Boat Smart. Boat Safe. Boat Sober," and describes what happens to the individual as various blood alcohol levels are reached.
